Gosh has it been nearly a month since I’ve posted?! Well it’s been a roller coaster. In these last 3 weeks I’ve basically started work again and I’m back into the flow. Let’s start with the downs though:
-Obviously the initial hard part about being away from home hit me when I was back. Looking on the bright side though, I’m back in the place where I can ‘Do’ things again. I’ve set goals, and now I can put those plans into action.
-Starting work was a real bitch, but I guess moving up the career ladder always is. High expectations from your clients because you’re the ‘big consultant’ isn’t most fun. However I’ve been able to weather the initial adjustment pains and am hopefully on the right track so far.
Ups:
-Well I’m working! That means more money in the pocket! That means closer to getting an Evo! That means closer to having more money for marriage (it will never be enough I know)
-I’m saving money, yeah, so I’m voluntarily burning myself. For every dollar I earn
Eh, I can’t decide whether or not, to get an Evo or a GTI. Basically I’m looking at a $390 payment for a Golf GTI or a $600 payment for a Mitsubishi Evo. Sighz, decisions decisions… Well the least I can do is wait… and wait…
My concerns about the whole car purchase are:
1. I won’t have enough money to pay for the damn thing
2. I won’t have a job so that I can keep on paying for the damn thing
3. I won’t like driving a car that’s ‘stick’ all the way to my daily job (In stop and go traffic!?
4. If I get the GTI I won’t be happy with it: Because I don’t see any tuning shops around the bay area, and I won’t be happy with the power. :P
